Location: Onsite Tufts Medical Center Job Overview This role leads operational excellence by meeting financial, volume, and experience targets across assigned sites. The Director oversees staff responsible for tactical, communication, operational, and workflow activities within the ENT Department, and is accountable for planning, prioritizing, and directing team responsibilities. Based at the Tufts Medical Center but with oversight of multiple locations, the team includes ENT staff, audiology, voice, and other ancillary service staff (speech language pathology). Goals are achieved through effective management of direct and indirect reports. The Director collaborates closely with clinical and practice plan leadership to ensure high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include streamlining operations through standardization, developing staff through coaching, and managing the implementation of new care models in partnership with the Chair and other departmental leaders.
