Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital seeks a Department Coordinator Sr. for their Surgery department responsible for providing project management, coordinate timekeeping, and to administratively support and develop workflow process and systems for multiple departments and/or Department Director/s with minimal supervision and direction. Major accountabilities include: Serves as project manager for multiple initiatives including (but not limited to) strategic initiatives for capacity and throughput, tactical initiatives to maximize resources, and operational initiatives to improve efficiency. Provides oversite, input, and reconciliation of Kronos timekeeping, ensuring accuracy of records.
