About The Position

Wolfchase Toyota is looking for a knowledgeable and friendly Department Administrator to join our dealership team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. As a Department Administrator, you will provide ongoing administrative support to an office or set of managers. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining structures for communication between departments and providing their supervisors with valuable information for business opportunities.

  • Self-motivated and the ability to work independently with little or no supervision Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to prepare executive level presentations, memos, and general correspondence
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • High school diploma or the equivalent and five-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent; and five to seven-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the day to day operations and needs of the assigned department.
  • Oversees internal administrative duties such as processing invoices, budgets and expense reports, material creation and copies. Organizes and maintains files and records.
  • Maintains a strong working relationship with across all dealership departments.
