About The Position

Join our team as a Fire TI Department Administrator, where you’ll play an important role in supporting fire life safety and tenant improvement (TI) projects from start to finish. In this collaborative position, you’ll help keep projects organized, ensure documentation is complete, and serve as a key point of support for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Your role is important and here’s what you can expect as a member of our TRL Team:

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an administrative role
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Punctuality and regular attendance
  • Ability to make repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, daily
  • Ability to walk, bend, stoop, hear, and speak, daily
  • Move/Transport items weighing 20 pounds, occasionally
  • Stand or Sit for long periods (4+ hours), daily

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
  • Process newly awarded projects and maintain project documentation
  • Manage CRM updates, task tracking, and project setup
  • Coordinate project prequalification and compliance documentation
  • Set up new customers and subcontractors, ensuring required forms are completed
  • Collect CAD files and required documents to support engineering and project execution
  • Prepare project deliverables including closeout packages, warranties, and drawings
  • Coordinate subcontractor requests, quotes, and approvals
  • Support department operations, vendor coordination, and purchasing documentation
  • Serve as backup support for other administrative roles as needed
