About The Position

The position involves directing the daily operations of a large or multiple academic, research departments, or organizational units. The role requires overseeing all facets and phases of financial and administrative management in collaboration with the department head. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for the design, execution, and effectiveness of a system of internal controls that ensures department operations are effective and efficient, departmental assets are safeguarded, financial information is reliable, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures is maintained.
