About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our well-established dental practice in Lincoln, NE. Requirements

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. from a school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) and American Dental Association
• Certification in CPR
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong communication skills
• Emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate well with the team
• Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred; however, new graduates with a strong skill set and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and aftercare
• Prescribe antibiotics and pain-relief medications
• Provide care for cracked/fractured teeth
• Perform routine procedures like fillings, extractions, and root canals
• Diagnose dental/jaw conditions
• Perform advanced treatments such as implants, cosmetic dentistry, and Invisalign
• Conduct surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues
• Develop and communicate comprehensive treatment plans
• Answer patient questions and provide compassionate, patient-centered care
