Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Degree.
• Current California state licensure to practice dentistry.
• NBDE Board Certified.
• Experience seeing Denti-Cal patients.
• Willingness to obtain Denti-Cal/Medi-Cal credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide excellent patient care under stressful circumstances.
• Consistent professionalism in appearance and attitude.

Nice To Haves

• WinOms Software experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a patient's oral health needs and discuss treatment options.
• Develop a treatment plan for dental care covered under the Denti-Cal program.
• Meet with patients to perform a general exam and clarify airway.
• Review x-rays and discuss procedure risks and anesthesia with patients.
• Maintain an excellent chair-side manner.
