Maplewood Family Dental in Highland, MI is hiring a Part-Time General Dentist to join our close-knit, patient-focused team. Our practice is known for providing outstanding care in a modern, supportive setting. With a strong patient base, excellent team support, and top-tier technology like Primescan and Overjet AI, you’ll be set up for success from day one. This role is ideal for a dentist confident in comprehensive general dentistry, including endodontics, surgical extractions, and clear aligner therapy. Schedule Options Thursdays 10:00am–6:00pm & Fridays 8:00am–1:00pm OR Fridays Only 8:00am–1:00pm Clinical Focus Endodontics: Confident in diagnosis and root canal treatment (anterior, pre molar) Surgical Extractions: Comfortable with root removal and minor oral surgery Clear Aligner Therapy: Case selection, treatment planning, and patient management Comprehensive General Dentistry: Restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures Ability to work independently with support from a skilled and engaged team Compensation $850–$900/day guarantee for the first 12 months (DOE) Transition to 32% of net collections Daily production averages $3K–$7K per provider Collection rate: 95% Technology Primescan for fast, accurate digital impressions Overjet AI for enhanced diagnostics and case acceptance Fully digital workflow across 4 well-equipped operatories Team & Culture Work alongside a seasoned dentist, 1 RDH, and 2 experienced dental assistants True clinical autonomy—diagnose and treat your way Robust marketing support ensures consistent new patient volume Supportive, collaborative culture focused on quality care and team development Appointments are never rushed—ample time is given to every patient

Requirements

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
  • Active or eligible Michigan dental license
  • Required clinical skills:
  • Molar endodontics
  • Surgical extractions
  • Clear aligner therapy (Invisalign or similar)
  • Excellent diagnostic and communication skills
  • Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care
