About The Position
We are a growing, quality-driven dental practice in Florham Park and are seeking a Dentist to join our collaborative team full time. We have 2 openings within our practice- General Dentist/Prosthodontist to join our expanding dental team and a Sleep medicine Dentist to take over a busy sleep medicine practice from a doctor who is retiring. Ideally, we are looking for a doctor with 2+ years of clinical experience who is motivated, a strong communicator, and excited to grow within a supportive group of providers. Our practice emphasizes teamwork, mentorship, and clinical growth. While mentorship is available, we are especially interested in doctors who bring additional clinical skills or want to expand their scope of treatment. Requirements
- DDS or DMD licensed in NJ
- Training and certification in dental sleep medicine (if warranted)
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Root canal therapy, Surgical extractions, Bone grafting, and Implant placement or restoration a plus
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive exams and diagnosis
- Treating emergency patients
- Evaluating and treating dental sleep medicine
- Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
- Extractions and basic surgical procedures
- Developing and presenting treatment plans
- Educating patients and building long-term relationships
