Overview Lead Dentist with Ownership Opportunity in Seguin, TX An exceptional opportunity is available for a motivated and clinically proficient dentist to join a long-standing, reputable practice in Seguin, TX. We are seeking a dentist who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and who aspires to grow into a leadership role with the ultimate goal of practice ownership. Compensation & Benefits Ownership Track: Structured transition to ownership Earning Potential: $250,000–$300,000 annually Compensation Model: Percentage of adjusted production Continuing Education: $2,000 annual allowance Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and 401(k) package Schedule: Full-time (4 days a week) Tuesday through Friday Practice Overview Operatories: 6 total Technology: iTero scanner, full implant setup Clinical Team: 5 hygienists Patient Base: Primarily adults within a family-practice setting Payor Mix: PPO and FFS Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on quality and patient satisfaction Collaborate with a team of dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care Participate in treatment planning and execution across a broad range of services Engage in leadership development with a focus on future ownership and operational management of the practice Candidate Profile DDS/DMD degree with active Texas dental license Minimum of 2-3 years clinical experience preferred Spanish speaking a PLUS!
