About The Position

Progressive Community Health Centers is an independent non-profit organization founded in 1999, operating four clinic locations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They provide high-quality, comprehensive care to approximately 16,000 patients annually, a majority of whom are low-income, ensuring no one is turned away based on insurance status or ability to pay. The organization values a patient-centered philosophy and provides a range of services including family medicine, internal medicine, women's health, urgent care, dental, radiology, and integrated behavioral health, along with supportive services such as case management, health education, and benefits enrollment. They are currently hiring for a full-time Dentist responsible for providing and ensuring preventative and restorative dental care consistent with accepted professional standards. Eligible candidates, including students in their last year of dental school or licensed primary care clinicians, may receive loan repayment assistance through the NHSC Loan Repayment Program (NHSC LRP) or the NHSC Students to Service Loan Repayment Program (NHSC S2S LRP) in exchange for at least two years of service at an NHSC-approved site in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA).

Requirements

• DDS degree from an accredited college or university
• Licensed to practice dentistry in Wisconsin
• DEA registration
• Mandatory vaccination for all employees, employed providers and volunteers
• Submit proof of vaccination prior to their orientation
