About The Position

Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
- Current Virginia license or eligible upon graduation
- Current CPR and BLS certifications, DEA license
- Excellent chairside manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Benefits
- First-year employment guarantee of $200,000 or 30% of adjusted production, whichever is greater
- Second-year earning = 30% of production
- Sign-on bonus of $15,000
