Exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced medical team within a growing federally qualified community health center. HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc . “The Heart of Our Community” provides comprehensive services including adult/pediatric medical care, health education, health assessment and screenings, gynecology, cardiology, behavioral health, substance use treatment, and adult/pediatric dental care. Under the direction of the Chief Dental Officer, the Dentist assists the operation of the Dental Center Program to function as a synergistic, harmonious and productive entity integrated and synchronized with other HealthFirst Health Services. Assist HealthFirst in fulfilling the goals and mission of the Dental Center Program and contributes to the overall mission, purpose and objective of HealthFirst. The Dentist is a clinician, who provides general dentistry services to assigned patients, including preventative and restorative services, examining and diagnosing patients and treating affected areas appropriately. Pay Range: $110,000 -$125,000 annually The pay range represents HealthFirst’s good faith estimate for this role at the time of posting, in compliance with applicable laws. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors such as relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, market conditions, and budget considerations. Candidates with less direct experience may be placed at the lower end of the range, while those with more significant or specialized experience may be considered at the higher end.
