About The Position

We are seeking an exceptionally productive dentist to join our team to work specifically on Saturdays in a diagnosis-only role , supporting our pediatric-focused team by conducting comprehensive exams and treatment planning. This role is ideal for a dentist who enjoys diagnostics, patient interaction, and clinical decision-making in a pediatric setting—without the physical demands of hands-on treatment. Requirements

  • Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills
  • Clear, compassionate communication with patients, parents, and staff
  • Comfort evaluating pediatric patients and mixed dentition
  • Detail-oriented with accurate clinical documentation
  • Team-focused mindset and ability to collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active California dental license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Availability to work Saturdays (frequency to be discussed)

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatr ic specialty training not required

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions
  • Develop and document clear, appropriate treatment plans
  • Explain findings and recommendations to parents/guardians in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Refer patients to in-house providers or specialists as needed
  • Collaborate with pediatric dentists, orthodontists, and support staff
  • Stay current with best practices in pediatric diagnostics and treatment planning
