About The Position

The Dental Office Dentist plays a pivotal role in advancing the clinic’s mission by delivering exceptional patient care while fostering a positive, collaborative culture focused on safety and quality. Your primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive dental care, including evaluating oral health, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans. As a leader in the clinic, you will set the standard for professionalism, productivity, and respect—serving as a role model for both patients and team members. Through your expertise and guidance, you help ensure every patient experiences outstanding care in a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Current, unrestricted license to practice dentistry and in good standing with all applicable federal, state, and local licensing authorities

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Fuse, Open Dental, or similar systems is a plus
