About The Position
Little Creek Family Dental is a modern, patient-focused practice in Norfolk, VA with 8 operatories, 6,000+ active patients, and a strong PPO/FFS mix. The practice expanded in 2025 and maintains a 99% collection rate with consistent patient demand. We are seeking a part-time Associate Dentist to join our collaborative and well-supported team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist seeking clinical autonomy, steady patient flow, and long-term professional growth in a quality-driven environment.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- 1–5 years of experience preferred (motivated early-career dentists encouraged)
- Patient-focused and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Experience with or interest in implants, RCTs, surgery, and Invisalign is a plus
