Opportunity to earn $200,000 - 300,000 and more per year Competitive daily rates and % of production with opportunity for performance-based increases based upon experience and clinical capabilities Location: 3636 Mayfield Rd, Cleveland, OH 44118 Schedule: Fulltime, 5 days/week 7 Operatory, digital practice w/ AI technology and advanced treatments such as Curodont and Perio Protect Busy and established practice with excellent reviews and an amazing team

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
Active and unrestricted dental license
Experience with treatment planning, case presentations, and patient education

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat oral health issues using advanced dental procedures.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Educate patients on treatment options, ensuring informed decision-making.
Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, addressing oral health concerns.
Build positive relationships with patients and create a comfortable environment.
Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
Provide guidance on treatment plans, protocols, and best practices.
Adhere to established clinical protocols, including infection control and safety measures.
Implement and follow specialty referral guidelines when necessary.
