About The Position
Together with EXOS, Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of dental services to the Indiana Department of Correction. We are currently seeking a PRN Dentist to join our team at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility located in Carlisle, Indiana. The Dentist provides comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of incarcerated patients including routine recall exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and endodontic treatments. Available Shift Monday - Friday Day Shift No nights, holidays or weekends
Requirements
- DDS or DMD
- Active, unrestricted IN license
- Active, unrestricted DEA
- Must pass background screening and credentialing
