About The Position

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Dentist to fill an opening in a Federally Qualified Health Center located in Toledo, OH. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care to a diverse patient population within a mission-driven community health setting. The work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. The position offers professional growth in a collaborative, innovative, and supportive Federally Qualified Health Center environment, contributing to a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes and providing preventive care to underserved communities.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of Ohio.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Experience with diverse patient populations.
  • Proficient in office management, dental software, and equipment.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations in community dental care.
  • Commitment to preventive care.
  • Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience preferred.
  • Completion of a General Practice Residency (GPR) or Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Polish) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients.
  • Perform restorative, preventive, and surgical dental procedures in accordance with established standards of care.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the Federally Qualified Health Center to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
