Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Dentist to fill an opening in a Federally Qualified Health Center located in Toledo, OH. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care to a diverse patient population within a mission-driven community health setting. The work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. The position offers professional growth in a collaborative, innovative, and supportive Federally Qualified Health Center environment, contributing to a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes and providing preventive care to underserved communities.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of Ohio.
CPR certification required.
Experience with diverse patient populations.
Proficient in office management, dental software, and equipment.
Knowledge of relevant regulations in community dental care.
Commitment to preventive care.
Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

5+ years of experience preferred.
Completion of a General Practice Residency (GPR) or Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Polish) preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients.
Perform restorative, preventive, and surgical dental procedures in accordance with established standards of care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the Federally Qualified Health Center to ensure integrated patient care.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
