Practice Highlights 7 operatories in a fully digital practice 50 new patients per month and consistent growth Annual production: $1.65M Technology: iTero, panoramic imaging, and all-digital systems Team: 3 experienced Hygienists Position Details Schedule: Flexible, 2–4 days per week Compensation: Percentage of adjusted production Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and more Experience Preferred: Comprehensive general dentistry, including implant restorations Mentorship: Clinical and business development support from seasoned leadership Culture: Collaborative, relaxed, and long-standing team (most staff 2–7 years) Ideal Candidate You’re confident, growth-minded, and ready to make an impact.
