Part-Time Associate Dentist – High Producing Fridays & Saturdays Toothology Dental – Scottsdale, AZ “Ideal for an associate who wants to do advanced dentistry without the headaches of ownership.” Toothology Dental is seeking an experienced part-time associate dentist to join our team on Fridays and Saturdays. These are two of our busiest production days, and we are looking for a dentist who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-quality clinical environment. Our office has proudly served the Scottsdale community since the 1980s, delivering a 5-star patient experience and comprehensive dental care. With over 3,000 active patients and projected collections of $1.5M this year, this opportunity offers immediate production potential for a motivated clinician. Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor $100/hour or 30% of collections (whichever is higher) Our practice maintained a 96% collection rate in 2025, ensuring your work translates directly into compensation. The more dentistry you do, the more you earn — there is no ceiling on income. Additional Benefits: $1,000 annual CE allowance Strong clinical support team High patient demand on both days Technology & Clinical Environment Our doctors work with modern technology designed to support comprehensive dentistry: CBCT imaging Medit digital scanners Two in-office CAD/CAM mills for same-day restorations Digital workflows and advanced treatment planning Clinical Scope: We are looking for a dentist comfortable performing comprehensive dentistry including: Molar endodontics Surgical extractions including wisdom teeth Implant placement Restorative dentistry Crown and bridge Treatment planning and patient education This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys advanced procedures and a busy schedule. Requirements
- Active Arizona DDS/DMD license
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience or GPR/AEGD completion
- Comfortable performing molar endo, surgical extractions, and implant placement
- Strong communication and treatment presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a productive environment
