Our dentists are responsible for performing oral surgery, periodontal and preventive services, restorative services, endodontics, and fixed and removable prosthodontics on patients. CHS is an FQHC, making you eligible to qualify for loan repayment through the State of Ohio Loan Repayment Program and National Health Services Corps in which you may receive loan repayment for a two-year service commitment. Candidates must hold a Doctor in Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS) and must possess an unrestricted Ohio license to practice dental medicine.
