About The Position

Family Dental Associates is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join our established partner practice in Rutland, VT. This practice features a large active patient base and strong office culture. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, and prioritizes patient care. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-4 years’ working experience, preferably post completion of a GPR. About our practice: Practice in business for over 30 years 85% PPO 15%FFS 17 operatories, 2 operatories available to new provider Dr. chairs: 8 Hyg. chairs: 9 CBCT, iTero, Digital X-rays Schedule: Mon-Thurs https://familydentalvt.com/ Compensation for full-time employees: Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections Generous CE allowance Medical, dental allowance, vision, 401(k), and many other voluntary benefits Malpractice insurance Qualifications and Skills: At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients GPR or AEGD preferred Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients Family Dental Associates is affiliated with 35+ other exceptional practices providing care to >100k patients annually. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred
