About The Position
Pediatric Dentist Opportunity - Albany, NY Join Our Growing Team at PDS Management Services! PDS Management Services is seeking skilled Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with Pediatric Experience to provide exceptional oral healthcare to children at our Albany, NY location. This position is available Tuesday - Thursday and focuses solely on examinations and treatment planning -allowing you to practice efficiently with the support of experienced assistants and hygienists. Part-Time Sign on Bonus: $2,800-$6,000 (_ Bonus amount varies based on location and specialty. _) Payment Schedule [(after start date of dentist)]: ✅ 30 Days: 25% of the bonus ✅ 90 Days: 50% of the bonus ✅ 180 Days: 25% of the bonus (_ Referred dentists must remain in good standing throughout their tenure. _) Competitive Compensation - Earn $125 per hour with a steady patient flow. Requirements
- DMD/DDS with a strong background in pediatric dentistry .
- Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g., Dentrix) .
- Excellent patient assessment skills and familiarity with medical terminology.
- Experience in oral surgery and working with pediatric patients.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical coding best practices.
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records and practice aseptic techniques .
- NY Dental License (Required)
- Relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop personalized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Provide occasional treatments , including cleanings, fluoride applications, and sealants.

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations .
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, coordinated patient care.
