About The Position

We are looking for a skilled full-time General Dentist to practice in Bakersfield, CA. This position offers a guaranteed minimum first year income of $155,000, with signing bonuses up to $40,000 and unlimited bonus earning potential based on production rates. The office culture emphasizes teamwork in the patients' best interest and quality patient care with clinical autonomy based on best practices. New patients are assigned equally on a rotation basis, ensuring that your patients stay with you.

Requirements

• Open to New Grads
• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI

Responsibilities

• Provide quality dental care to patients
• Focus on patient needs and preferences
• Utilize the latest dental technology including 3D iTero scanners and lasers
• Participate in mentorship and development programs
• Collaborate with a competent and supportive team of dental professionals
