About The Position

This position is for a Dentist in Blythe, CA, offering a full-time, permanent role under the supervision of the Chief Dental Officer. The dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, supervise dental assistants, and perform various administrative and professional tasks. Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree
• Valid dental license to practice in California
• Experience in providing comprehensive dental care
• Ability to supervise and manage dental assistants
• Strong communication skills

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience with NHSC Loan Repayment Program

Responsibilities

• Provide quality comprehensive dental care for patients under general supervision of the Chief Dental Officer
• Supervise the work of dental assistants
• Perform emergency procedures for the relief of pain
• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and screenings for oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Perform basic dental restorative services such as amalgams and composites
• Manage administrative tasks related to dental care
