About The Position

We are seeking a Dentist to work per diem (approximately 10 hours per week) on Mondays at our Brewster Clinic. The Dentist will provide general dental care to adults and children, ensuring comprehensive services are delivered effectively.

Requirements

• Individual must be licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provides general and comprehensive dental services at FHC clinics including performing oral examinations and treatment.
• Participates in quality assurance activities.
• Communicates health information to patients, support staff, and team members.
• Ensures that patients are informed of examination findings, diagnoses, and proposed treatment.
• Ensures that patients are informed of completed treatment on an ongoing basis.
• Monitors and updates patient's medical status as indicated.
• Records patient treatment procedures into the electronic record.
• Communicates with specialist providers to coordinate referrals.
