Requirements

• General Dentist with ability to perform advanced restorative dentistry
• Experience in surgical extractions of impacted thirds
• Ability to manage mandibular molar endo
• New graduates welcome; personality, motivation, and coachability are essential

Nice To Haves

• Implant experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced restorative dentistry
• Conduct surgical extractions of impacted thirds (complex cases referred out)
• Manage mandibular molar endo (complex cases referred out)
• Collaborate with a supportive hygiene team
• Participate in daily mentorship and coaching
