This is an ideal opportunity for a Dentist looking for work-life balance, stability, and meaningful impact — without the pressure of production quotas or complex procedures. What Makes This Role Different $179,100 salary (4 or 5 day schedule options) Up to $25,000/year in student loan repayment (NHSC eligible) No weekends or evenings No complex procedures (specialty cases are referred out) Stable organization with zero layoffs in 15+ years Supportive, team-based environment (no corporate dentistry feel) Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Option for: 4-day workweek (32 hours) 5-day workweek (40 hours) Must be available Mondays and Fridays

Requirements

  • Active California DDS or DMD license
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
  • Comfortable treating patients of all ages
  • Strong communication and patient-centered care approach
  • Ability to work across multiple clinic sites

Responsibilities

  • Provide general dentistry care to pediatric and adult patients
  • Perform exams, preventive care, and routine procedures
  • See approximately 20 patients per day
  • Educate patients on oral health and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with dental assistants and clinic staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC (training provided)
