About The Position

Treatment Coordinator $25–$33/hour (based on experience) | No Weekends Our thriving dental practice in Old Town Alexandria is seeking a professional, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team. What You’ll Do As the Treatment Coordinator, you will help ensure that patients understand their treatment plans and that the schedule remains productive and well organized. Key responsibilities include: Presenting treatment plans and scheduling patients for recommended care Managing and optimizing the doctor and hygiene schedules Confirming patient appointments and ensuring all treatment details are entered accurately Maintaining the patient cancellation priority list and filling open appointment times Managing and tracking the hygiene recare system and making recare calls Monitoring pending treatment lists and coordinating future visits Responding to patient messages, calls, and appointment requests Following up on ZocDoc, RevenueWell, and website appointment requests Reviewing emails and addressing patient inquiries promptly Communicating schedule changes with the doctor, team, and management Reviewing pending treatment reports regularly with management What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or dental office administrative professional Strong communication and patient relationship skills Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities Experience with treatment presentation, recare systems, and patient follow-up Proficiency with dental scheduling software and patient communication platforms Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellent patient care Schedule Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM No weekends What We Offer Competitive pay: $25–$33 per hour, based on experience Consistent weekday schedule with no weekend hours Opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented dental practice A culture built around connection, collaboration, and patient care If you enjoy helping patients move forward with their care, staying organized, and contributing to a positive team culture, we encourage you to apply. Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or dental office administrative professional
  • Strong communication and patient relationship skills
  • Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities
  • Experience with treatment presentation, recare systems, and patient follow-up
  • Proficiency with dental scheduling software and patient communication platforms
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellent patient care
  • Proven experience as a Scheduling and/or Treatment Coordinator
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Friendly, patient-focused personality and excellent communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Eaglesoft dental software is a plus (but not required)
