Requirements

• Strong communication skills to educate and engage patients effectively.
• Familiarity with dental software systems for charting and documentation.
• Previous experience working in a dental office
• Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and inquiries from patients regarding treatment options and billing statements
• Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
• Explaining treatment plans, procedures, and costs to patients in a clear and concise manner
• Collecting and verifying patient insurance information
• Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information as needed
• Insurance claim submission, follow up and accounts aging
