About The Position

The Crown & Bridge Technician position involves making and repairing dental appliances with a focus on quality and precision. The technician will communicate regularly with the department manager regarding any quality issues and will utilize specific methods and instructions to complete their tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality work.

Responsibilities

• Make and repair dental appliances according to prescriptions from dentists.
• Review each prescription in detail and inspect all work entering and leaving the lab to ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate daily with the department manager about defects or issues related to quality specifications.
• Meet daily unit targets and verify the completion and accuracy of work.
• Work closely with internal clients to understand and meet their requirements.
• Cast and burn out inlay casting wax and cast appropriate metal.
• Finish metal or zirconia products and prepare them for the opaque, build, and ceramic processes.
• Polish and prepare all products for final inspection.

Benefits

• Pay range of $20 - $30 per hour based on experience.
