About The Position

MK Periodontics and Implants is seeking a full-time Dental Surgical Assistant to provide specialized care and personalized services in a new office environment. Requirements

• Valid WA state certified/registered Dental Assistant license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR training
• Previous experience with dental software
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate, read, and write in English
• Ability to interpret common written material about dentistry

Responsibilities

• Assisting in patient examinations
• Providing diagnostic digital x-rays
• Taking intra-oral photos
• Sterilization of instruments
• Assisting in all surgical set-ups and procedures
• Conducting post-operative follow-up appointments
• Collaborating with the hygiene department
