At One Community Health (OCH), we believe dental care is an essential part of total person healthcare and our dental team is here to help patients on their journey to live well! The OCH dental team works closely with our medical and behavioral health providers to put patient physical, mental, emotional and social well-being at the center of patient care. The Dental Sterilization Assistant is an entry level position with potential for career growth while working on the job! This position works with the Dental Supervisor to ensure effective infection control required for dental instrument maintenance and sterilization. Functions will include, opening/closing the dental clinic, set up and disinfection of operatories, hand piece and instrument sterilization and maintenance, weekly and monthly maintenance duties, set up of dental trays, assist with supply stocking/inventory and periodontal probing.
