About The Position

Endodontic Specialists is seeking a sterile tech/with the potential to learn chairside to join our specialized team in Mesa. We are a private endodontic office with a passion for providing amazing endodontic care in a friendly and comfortable environment. As an integral part of our practice, you will help provide exceptional patient care and support our endodontic procedures. Days would be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9am or 10am to 2pm or 3pm. Can be a bit flexible on the start and stop time.

Requirements

No experience required, we will train
Completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and effectively communicate with staff patients.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain accurate patient records and handle tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of dental software and computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment for endodontic procedures.
Educating patients about their procedures, post-operative care, and oral hygiene practices.
Maintaining strict infection control protocols and ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Collaborating with the endodontist and other team members to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve optimal treatment outcomes.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as managing patient records.
Providing a comforting and reassuring presence to patients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
