About The Position
Our state of the art, well-established, energetic, and fun specialty dental practice has an opening for a full-time Dental Specialty Patient Coordinator. This position would be working with Periodontics, in addition to Oral Surgery and Endodontics as needed. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working collaboratively with diverse teams to deliver exceptional results and customer experiences. As a Patient Coordinator, you will be interacting closely with patients as their advocate. This job is perfect for someone who: Communicates with patients, specialists and other team members effectively Enjoys helping patients coordinate dental treatment into their lives Is dependable and reliable Is detail-oriented Enjoys a fast-paced environment Understands dental insurance Wants to be part of a GREAT team!
Requirements
- Experience in the dental specialties industry is required and experience with treatment coordination is preferred
- Time and schedule management
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
