About The Position

Mountain Community Health Partnership (MCHP) is seeking a full-time motivated and experienced Dental Site Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure an exceptional experience for our patients and staff. This position plays a key leadership role by supervising front office workflow, overseeing patient scheduling and registration, supporting dental providers, and helping maintain a smooth, efficient, and patient-centered environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum four years of recent experience in a similar role, preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental/medical terminology and workflow required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Dental Assisting, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, supervise, and evaluate dental front desk and registration.
  • Oversee all dental registration, scheduling, insurance verification, sliding fee determinations, and on-site collections.
  • Create and manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing coverage.
  • Assist with coordination of schedules (dentists, hygienists, dental assistants).
  • Maintain efficient patient flow and minimize wait times in accordance with MCHP policies.
  • Collaborate with Medical, Billing, Finance, and Compliance to maintain accuracy and compliance.
