About The Position
Compass Health Network is seeking a Dental Scheduler to join our team. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position scheduled Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. The Dental Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling new and returning client appointments, operating the telephone queue, entering consumers into the EHR system, coordinating scheduling referrals from other CHN services, collecting and processing insurance information, and providing exceptional communication to all other team members while delivering great customer service.
