Requirements
- Dental front desk experience required (Oral Surgery experience a big plus!)
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Proficiency in dental practice management software and computer systems
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Previous experience working as a DENTAL Front Desk IS REQUIRED, in Oral Surgery is a big plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in dental practice management software and computer systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist patients, ensuring an exceptional front-desk experience
- Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling with efficiency and care
- Support the clinical team by keeping patient flow smooth and organized
- Maintain accuracy and professionalism in all administrative duties
