Requirements

• 1 Year minimum experience as a Dental Receptionist required
• Familiarity with dental terminology
• Proficiency in documentation review and management of patient records
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the office and assist them with check-in procedures.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, ensuring efficient use of the dentist's time.
• Manage patient records and documentation review, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and billing.
• Process patient payments and maintain financial records in accordance with office policies.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the office.
• Maintain knowledge of dental terminology to assist in patient interactions effectively.
