Dental Receptionist/Dental Assistant Floater
About The Position
Dental Receptionist/Dental Assistant Floater Endodontic Associates of Atlanta We are a busy two-doctor practice with two locations, and we are seeking a reliable and flexible individual to join our dedicated team as a Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant Floater. This role will support both the clinical and front office teams as needed, floating between locations and responsibilities. The ideal candidate is adaptable, team-oriented, and patient-focused, with a strong desire to contribute to a smooth and positive patient experience. Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Thursday 8-5 pm and Friday 8-2pm
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in a dental office, either as a Dental Receptionist, Dental Assistant, or in a combined role
Nice To Haves
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
Responsibilities
- Assisting providers during procedures and supporting chairside needs
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining sterilization protocols
- Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service
- Scheduling appointments and managing phone calls
- Verifying insurance information and collecting payments
- Supporting daily office operations to ensure efficiency across both locations
