In this role, you will: Ensure smooth day-to-day dental operations across two sites Strengthen billing accuracy, reimbursement, and revenue cycle performance Lead and support front-office staff responsible for patient access and financial workflows Help remove barriers to care by improving scheduling, billing, and patient experience

Requirements

  • Experience in dental billing, revenue cycle, or dental front office operations
  • Strong understanding of insurance workflows, claims processes, and reimbursement
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional judgment and commitment to confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in healthcare or dental administration
  • Experience supervising or leading staff
  • Experience working in community health, FQHC, or multi-site environments

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support dental front desk staff across both locations
  • Coordinate scheduling, including emergency and complex cases
  • Support training, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
  • Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Oversee and support dental billing processes, including claims submission, follow-up, and resolution
  • Ensure accuracy in insurance verification, coding, and documentation workflows
  • Work closely with billing teams to reduce denials and improve reimbursement
  • Monitor billing trends and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Manage vendor billing and support financial tracking and reporting
  • Assist with budgeting and quality improvement tracking
  • Partner with the Chief Dental Officer and leadership team
  • Maintain compliance, confidentiality, and operational standards
  • Promote a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment
