Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, using discretion insetting team member schedules to maximize patient satisfaction, as well as,operational metrics. Implement practice-based marketing plans to market to new patients. Ensureongoing relationships by delivering outstanding patient care. In concert with HR, hire all positions, except doctors. Responsible for terminatingall positions except doctors. In concert with Regional Leadership, analyzes, develops, and implementsstrategic and operational planning for practice. Develops and uses discretion ininterpreting and managing organizational policies, practices, and procedures. Devotes themselves to continuous quality improvement including seeking alleducational opportunities for growth and improvement and encouragingsubordinates to do the same.
