Here at Dental Excellence at 3D Dental Excellence, we're a private general dentistry practice, and we're looking for a Dental Practice Coordinator to join our team on Saturdays and Sundays. We guide patients through their dental care using the latest technology, a supportive team environment, and a fun, patient-focused approach that helps build healthy, happy smiles for life. Requirements

Availability on Saturdays and Sundays, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Dental experience required
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Team player with a positive, professional attitude

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, both in person and over the phone
Manage a multi-line phone system
Coordinate appointments with doctor schedules to meet daily production goals
Submit and track insurance claims and authorizations
Work closely with patients to explain treatment plans, options, and financial estimates
Monitor and adjust the schedule throughout the day to ensure smooth flow
Review and discuss account balances and payment options with patients
Enter payments, balance daily deposits, and manage accounts accurately
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure timely and effective care
