Many of the innovative programs and vital services that we offer are not available elsewhere. We are searching for a Dental Patient Coordinator to join our Center Health Care Division in Albany, NY. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of job related experience, specifically in a dental office

Responsibilities

  • Manages all aspects of patient scheduling to maximize service utilization including booking, cancellations, rebooking and actively backfilling appointments.
  • Assures all required paperwork, pre-authorizations and insurance validation is complete prior to service appointment.
  • Communicate with patients and their support staff via phone and electronic means.
  • Maintains accurate, HIPPA compliant patient records, and supports clinicians as needed
  • Ensures all required initial paperwork/medical records are received for practice needs
  • Works with Support Departments to correct denied billings in a timely manner.
  • Manages provider schedules actively to maximize service delivery efficiency
  • All other duties assigned by Director/designee.
