About The Position
Our close-knit, state of the art dental company in Lakewood has an opening for a full-time Dental Patient Coordinator! The position is 5 days a week, Monday - Friday. No nights or weekends! If you are looking for a place to work that prioritizes the patient experience, we are for you! We are seeking an upbeat, motivated professional who is searching for a career working alongside a team of great employees with the opportunity to grow. As a Patient Coordinator, you will be interacting closely with patients as their advocate. This job is perfect for someone who: Communicates with patients, dentists and other team members effectively Enjoys helping patients coordinate dental treatment into their lives Is dependable and reliable Is detail-oriented Enjoys a fast-paced environment Understands dental insurance Wants to be part of a GREAT team!
Requirements
- Experience in the dental industry is required and experience with treatment coordination is preferred
- Time and schedule management
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
