About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and friendly individual to join our team as a Patient Coordinator. This full-time position offers a unique schedule, allowing employees to enjoy every Friday off while working Monday through Thursday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker who thrives in a team environment and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients from the moment they arrive until they leave. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, checking them in for their appointments, and providing them with information about their future treatment plans. You will also be responsible for checking out patients, discussing any upcoming treatment costs, and scheduling follow-up appointments. Additionally, you will handle incoming phone calls, confirm appointments, and gather current insurance benefits for patients with upcoming visits. This position is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our practice and ensuring that our patients feel welcomed and informed throughout their visit.
