Our integrated care model includes medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, nutrition services, and more. We are currently seeking a Dental Patient Access Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others access quality oral healthcare.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Professional office and/or customer service experience
- Basic office skills such as typing and filing
- Ability to travel between MHK and JC clinics, as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Bi-lingual
- Dental treatment scheduling experience
- EHR software experience
- Experience professionally discussing financial status and arrangements with patients
- Dental insurance processing and pre-authorization experience
