About The Position

As a Patient Access Representative (PAR) you are responsible for handling front office reception and scheduling duties. This includes greeting patients, registration, answering phones, scheduling appointments, creating patient accounts and charts, and collecting patient payments Our mission is to provide quality health care services with dignity and respect to Tulsa area families. Requirements

  • This position requires a high school diploma or GED and computer skills.
  • Multitasking and organizational skills are required
  • Must have interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility are required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of commercial health insurance, Medicaid and Medicare is a plus
  • Bilingual, plus but not required
  • Experience working in a dental office setting
