Requirements

• 2+ years of medical/dental office management experience
• Proven supervisory experience
• Rock-solid understanding of medical/dental billing and collections
• EMR systems expertise (NextGen experience is a huge plus!)
• Microsoft Office mastery
• Lightning-fast adaptation to existing systems and processes
• Change management and transition planning wizardry
• Exceptional organizational and time management superpowers
• Crystal-clear communication skills for seamless transitions
